Mamdani模型在提高空气预热器热点检测准确度上的研究与应用

摘要 为进一步提高现有空气预热器热点检测系统的检测准确率,对原空气预热器热点检测系统进行了详细研究,结合空气预热器实际运行情况,提出了一种能够提高该系统检测准确率的辅助方法。即根据运行经验利用模糊理论建立了机组负荷与能量归一化因子的Mamdani模糊模型,通过模糊推理运算使能量归一化因子随着机组负荷变化进行自适应调整。实例分析表明,采用能量归一化因子自适应调整方法,能有效降低该系统的误报,从而提高了热点检测准确率。 To further improve the accuracy of the existing air preheater hot spot detection system, the air preheater hot spot detection system is studied in detail. According to the actual operation of air preheater, an assistant method that can improve the system detection accuracy is proposed. The Mamdani model of unit load and energy normalization factor is established by means of fuzzy theory based on operation experience, the energy normalization factor can be adaptively adjusted by fuzzy logic operation according to the variations of unit load. The result of case analysis shows that the adaptive adjustment method of energy normalization factor can effectively reduce false alarms of the system to improve the hot spot detection accuracy.
