脂蛋白相关性磷脂酶A2活性与缺血性进展性脑卒中的相关性研究 被引量：7

摘要 目的:探讨炎症标志物脂蛋白相关性磷脂酶A2活性(Lp-PLA2)与缺血性进展性脑卒中临床的相关性。方法:连续收集2008年1月至2010年11月入院的急性脑梗死患者324例,发病后7 d之内病情加重84例为进展组,病情未加重240例为非进展组。按1:1匹配原则选取同期住院非脑梗死患者324例为对照组。结果:进展组Lp-PLA2活性和水平明显高于非进展组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进展组Lp-PLA2活性与超敏C反应蛋白和血压水平具有高度的相关性。结论:Lp-PLA2水平的高低与缺血性进展性脑卒中的发生呈一定正相关关系。
