摘要
翻车机卸车系统是依靠铁路运煤的火力发电厂主要卸煤方式,但由于翻车机系统设备庞大,系统运行环境比较恶劣,特别是原翻车机系统无调速装置,旋转、行走过程可控性低,导致设备振动大、故障率高、耗电量大。分析了翻车机电气系统存在的主要问题,提出改造措施,取得了良好效果。
Dumper unloading system is the main unloading methods of unloading coal fired power plants by rail.The dumper system equipment is huge,system operating environment is harsh,especially the original dumper system doesn＇t have speed control device,rotary and walk process is low controllable,leading to equipment vibration,high failure rate.The frequency control system,control can effectively solve the above problems.
