摘要
调压煎 (玄参、生地、钩藤、地龙等 )治疗高血压病 3 1 0例 ,疗效满意 ,总有效率92 2 6% ,优于天麻钩藤饮对照组 (P <0 0 1 )。动物实验证明 ,调压煎对卵巢切除型高血压、肾型高血压和丙睾型高血压均呈明显下降趋势 ,而前两种高血压模型的降压效果 ,显著优于天麻钩藤饮对照组(P <0 0 5)。表明调压煎从整体出发 ,调整紊乱的神经—内分泌—血管功能 ,是治疗高血压病的有效方药之一。
Tiao Ya Jian (composed of dried rehmannia root,scrophularia root,hooked uncaria and earthworm.etc.)was applied to treat hypertension with satisfactory curative effect,the whole effective rate reached 92 26%,which was superior to the control group of gastrodia tuber and hooked uncaria(p<0 01).Animal experiment proved that Tiao Ya Jian could markedly reduce the hypertension of ovariectomy type,kidney type and testicle C.And the hypertension-reduction effect of the first two types was markedly superior to the control group of gastrodia tuber and hooked uncaria(P<0 05),which suggested that Tiao Ya Jian could adjust the disordered function of nerve-endocrine-blood vessel and so it could be considered as one of the effectire formulae of treating hypertension.
