摘要
对庆大霉素（ＧＭ） 致豚鼠的耳毒性反应进行拮抗及治疗研究。证实复聪片可减轻ＧＭ 的耳毒性反应， 保护耳蜗听毛细胞， 拮抗ＧＭ 所致之听阈升高， 电镜观察显示毛细胞损害减轻。对已由ＧＭ 致聋的豚鼠，复聪片可促使受损毛细胞形态及功能在一定程度上恢复， 有效降低ＧＭ 耳中毒豚鼠听阈， 阻止ＧＭ 停药后迟发的听阈升高。表明复聪片对ＧＭ 所致的豚鼠耳中毒有一定的防治作用。
The therapeutic effects of Fucong Tablet against gentamycin (GM)_induced ototoxicosis in guinea pigs were presented in this paper. The results indicated that Fucong Tablet could decrease the ototoxic reaction of GM, protect auditory hair cells of cochleae and reduce the elevation of the auditory threshold. As for the GM-induced deafness in guinea pigs, Fucong Tablet could restore the structure and function of the damaged hair cells to some extents, effectively lower the auditory threshold and counteract the delayed elevation of the auditory threshold occurred after GM administration. It is revealed that Fucong Tablet has a certain preventive and curative effect on the ototoxic reaction induced by GM.
