胰岛素信号转导通路与骨重建 被引量:2

摘要 骨是一持续重建的组织。骨重建主要由破骨细胞和成骨细胞参与,以破骨细胞激活和骨吸收开始,以与之相耦联的成骨细胞激活和骨形成终结,贯穿于整个生命过程的始终。破骨细胞和成骨细胞功能受到全身和局部诸多因素调控,除生长激素、雌激素、甲状旁腺激素外,胰岛素信号转导途径相关因子也起着重要作用。本文就胰岛素信号通路对骨重建的作用进行综述。
