摘要
乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤,发病率占女性恶性肿瘤首位,死亡率为第2位。常规超声和钼靶X线是乳腺肿瘤最常见的影像检查手段,但由于各自方法的局限性,其临床效果不甚理想。目前超声造影技术迅速发展,使乳腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断的准确性明显提高。本文就近年来超声造影对乳腺癌诊断的临床研究作一综述。
As a common female malignant tumor,breast cancer ranks first among female cancers in terms of incidence,and second in a ranking of mortality.Conventional ultrasound and mammography are the most common methods for diagnosing breast neoplasms,but clinical application is not ideal because of the limitation.The rapid development of contrast-enhanced ultrasound has improved the accuracy of diagnosis and differential diagnosis on breast neoplasms.The application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast neoplasms will be reviewed in this article.
