催化裂化装置再生器旋风分离器失效原因分析及改进措施 被引量:6

摘要 前郭炼油厂蜡油催化裂化和重油催化裂化装置再生器内的旋风分离器,由于壳体和顶板厚度较薄、加强筋板数量少且厚度较薄,在高温下长时间运行,材质强度降低,致使顶板变形、筋板被拉断、顶板与筒体焊缝被拉裂等,造成催化剂跑损,催化剂单耗高,烟机静叶片磨损严重,非计划停工次数增多,经济损失严重。经对旋风分离器实施改进后。 The material strengthes of regenerator cyclone of paraffin catalytic cracking and heavy oil catalytic cracking unit are decreased after high temperature long period of time operation,that is caused by:the thicknesses of shell and top plate are relatively thin;the number of rib is less and the thickness of rib is relatively thin.So that,below accidents are occured:Top plate is deformed;The ribs are pulled apart;The weld between top plate and shell is pulled apart,etc.And that made catalyst lose,the unit loss of catalyst is high,static blades of flue gas turbine are weared seriously,nonscheduled shutdown is increased,economic loss is serious.After the improvement of cyclone is carried out,the distinct effects are obtained.
