由于误操作使碱窜入低压蒸汽系统，导致２０号碳钢的３７７ｍｍ×１０ｍｍ管线对接焊缝发生苛性应力腐蚀破裂。
The caustic ran into low steam system because of mistake operation.And made the butt weld of 20# carbon steel 377mm pipeline occure caustic stress corrosion crack.The occured reasons are analized in this article.
