摘要
针对我国供暖面临的大好形势和存在的问题,文中提出,以供暖节能为中心,全面系统总结国内供暖节能的经验和教训,应用系统工程理论提高供暖系统整体节能效果,重视用户合理用热的看法和建议。
This paper analyzes the experience and lesson of delivered heat energy saving,presents a recommendation about reasonable use of heat.
