摘要
采用化学成分分析、断口分析、硬度测试及金相检验等方法,对螺钉断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:回火处理的温度偏低,使螺钉的塑性和韧性下降,在外力作用下引发了螺钉的早期脆性断裂。
The fracture reason of screw was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, fracture analysis, hardness testing and metallographic examination. The results showed that, the low tempering temperature caused the decrease of plasticity and toughness of screw, which induced the early brittle fracures of screw under the external force.
