摘要
通过宏观和微观观察、力学性能测试以及断口分析等方法对汽轮机组中压内缸螺栓断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:螺栓断裂的性质属于脆性蠕变断裂,主要原因为螺栓的材料质量问题和承载过大。
By means of macro and micro observation, mechanical property testing, fracture analysis and so on, the fracture reason of the bolts of intermediate pressure inner casing of steam turbine has been investigated. The results showed that the fracture mechanism was brittle creep rupture and the main influencing factors of which can be confirmed as material quality issue and excessive load.
