摘要
参考区间的定义：是在指明的特定条件下用特定的方法所得到的生理、生化参数[1].不同条件（如地区、时间、性别、年龄、生活水平、民族等）测出的范围也不同,它因人群的生活条件、生活习惯不同而异,具有地区性.〈全国临床检验操作规程〉也建议各实验室应建立自己实验室的参考区间,才符合当地的实际情况.
