摘要
公共卫生数据中心是国家开展疾病预防控制业务信息处理中枢,加强运维管理无论是对疾病预防控制业务的开展,还是对推进医疗卫生改革信息化建设都具有战略意义。针对当前运维管理的现状和特点分析,提出了引入先进的管理理念、加强队伍建设、完善管理制度和运维流程、开展服务外包、建立IT综合运维管理平台等方面的对策。
The national public health data center is an information center to carry out disease prevention and control of business, strengthening the operation and maintenance management not only contribute to conducting disease prevention and control of business, but also has strategic significance for promoting information construction during health care reform. On the current status of operation and maintenance management, we propose to introduction of advanced management concepts, strengthen the team building, improve the management system and operation and maintenance processes, developing service outsourcing, the establishment of integrated IT platform, and other aspects of operation and maintenance management measures.
