摘要
自高校扩招以来，作为中国高等教育的重要组成部分，民办高等职业教育也取得了长足的发展，其办学水平和办学质量有了显著提升。但近几年随着生源数量的急剧减少，高职院校尤其是民办高职院校的发展遇到了前所未有的挑战。高素质的教职工是民办高职院校发展的关键要素，能否提高高校教职工的思想政治素质，发挥好其积极性、主动性，提升学校的竞争力、发展力，将在很大程度上决定了民办高职院校能否继续生存和实现良好发展。本文旨在通过对民办高职院校教职工思想政治素质的特点以及思想政治教育工作存在的问题加以分析，提出相应的解决措施，以期增强民办高职院校持续发展的动力，促进民办高职院校实现健康、稳定、持久发展。
Since the university enrollment expansion, as an important part of Chinese higher education, private universities have developed rapidly, and the level and quality of education also advanced significantly. However, with the reduction of quality of new students in recent years, the higher vocational colleges, especially the private higher vocational colleges are facing the unprecedented challenges. High quality staff is the key factor of private higher vocational colleges＇ development. Whether or not improving the ideological and political quality of staff, playing their activeness and initiative, strengthening the college＇s competitiveness and development, will depend the survival and good development of private higher vocational colleges. In this paper, through analyzing the characteristics of ideological and political quality of higher vocational colleges＇ staff and problems of ideological and political education, the corresponding measures are presented to improve the driving force for sustainable development of private higher vocational colleges, and promote Colleges＇ healthy, stable and sustainable development.
