摘要
目的探讨卡马西平治疗癫痫的临床疗效。方法对120例癫痫患者采用单用卡马西平治疗方案,并检测患者血药浓度,分析治疗效果。结果经过两年的治疗及随访,患者显效率达到49.2%,治疗组(进口)总有效率达到88.3%,对照组(国产)总有效率73.3%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),未出现严重并发症。结论单用卡马西平治疗癫痫,进口疗效优于国产,配合血药浓度监测、及时调整用药剂量可以保证疗效。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of carbamazepine in treatment of epileptic patients. Methods There were 120 cases of patients with epileptic were treated with carbamazepine and the blood concentration were detected, too, and then the clinical effects were analyzed. Results After two years of treatment, excellence rate reached up to 49.2%, total efficiency rate of treatment group reached up to 88.3%, the control group total effectiveness is 73.3%, and there is no one cases of serious complications happened. Conclusion To compare domestic CBZ with imported CBZ in treating epileptic, the schedule of only-carbamazepine for patients combined with detection of blood concentration, can adjust dose schedule timely and guarantee the result effectively.
