摘要
目的探讨临床路径在预防产后尿潴留健康教育中的应用及护理评价。方法选择在我院进行分娩的产妇150例作为实验组，实施健康教育临床路径，选择既往同期在我院进行分娩的产妇150例作为对照组，只接受传统的健康教育，比较2组的尿潴留发生率。结果实验组有7例占4．67％出现尿潴留，对照组有24例占16．00％出现尿潴留，实验组尿潴留的发生率明显低于对照组。结论临床路径在预防产后尿潴留健康教育中的应用具有很好的临床价值，可以很大程度减少尿潴留的发生。
Objective To investigate the clinical pathway in the health education for prevention of postpartum urinary retention and effect evaluation. Methods 150 eases who completed delivery in our hospital were set as the observation group, they received health education of clinical pathways. 150 pregnant women who completed delivery in our hospital in the past were named as the control group, they were given traditional health education. The incidence rate of urinary retention was compared between the two groups. Results 7 cases, accounting for 4.67% of urinary retention occurred in the observation group, 24 patients, accounted for 16.00% of urinary retention occurred in the control group, the incidence of urinary retention in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusions Application of clinical pathway in the health education for prevention of postpartum urinary retention has good clinical value, can largely reduce the incidence of urinary retention.
