摘要
为保证测绘已有成果的有效使用,建立省域GPS控制网很有必要,本文就此提出了坐标框架、控制点改造、地形监测和GPS技术应用的设想和思路。
in order to guarantee the exist achievement to be applied efficiently, it is essential to establish the GPS network in province area. Some assume and ideas are developed such as coordinate frame , control point rebuild,topography monitoring and the application of GPS.
