腔镜、内镜联合治疗胃肠道肿瘤 被引量：5

摘要 腹腔镜与胃镜、结肠镜联合治疗消化道肿瘤能够最大程度地发挥各自优势，胃镜、结肠镜定位下的腹腔镜肿瘤切除使腹腔镜手术更加精确，而腹腔镜监护下的胃镜、结肠镜操作安全性也大大提高。2008年1月～2011年1月，我们与消化内科合作进行腹腔镜与胃镜、结肠镜联合消化道肿瘤切除手术16例，取得满意效果，现报道如下。
