摘要
打击和治理医药商业贿赂,营造健康、透明、阳光的就医环境,是当前新医改背景下社会各界希冀并努力的目标。思想政治工作作为我党的优良传统,如何适应新形势,发挥其在商业贿赂专项治理过程中的作用,成为我们着力探索的课题。本文通过综合运用文献评阅、焦点组访谈和头脑风暴等多种定性方法研究后认为,发挥医院思想政治工作在商业贿赂专项治理中的作用,思想重视是根本,明确目标是基础,注重方法是关键。在合理统筹思想政治工作与其他各项工作的关系上要做到"三个结合":思想政治工作与当前实际工作相结合,与健全的规章制度相结合,与为职工办实事相结合。
Strike and governance medicine, to create a healthy commercial bribery, transparent,sunshine medical-seeking environment, is the social from all walks of life under the background of new medical always effort and the target.Ideological and political work,as the fine tradition of our party,how to adapt to the new situation,exploit its commercial bribery special control process function,become we strive to explore topics. This article through the comprehensive use of literature review, focus group interview and brainstorming etc.Various qualitative method that play hospital after the ideological and political work in the role of special control of commercial bribery,thought seriously is fundamental, clear objectives is a foundation, notice a method is the key.In a reasonable overall ideological and political work and other work to do on the relationship of three combination：the ideological and political work with current,and actual work should be combined with sound rules for worker combined, and combining the checks.
