摘要
目的减少结肠损伤患者吻合口漏的发生，免除二次手术痛苦，提高吻合或（和）修补口漏的治愈率。方法对伤后12小时内入院的结肠外伤性破裂伤患者24例，均行排空结肠内容物一期修补或结肠部分切除吻合术，肠内注入石蜡油甲硝唑混合液，将吻合或修补口顺行腹壁固定放置双套管引流。结果发生吻合口漏2例，其余全部治愈，避免了二期手术之弊。结论结历肠损伤患者获早期诊断后一期手术治疗是可行的。
objective To study the primary operation of colon injury so as to reduce the morbidity of leakage on segment of the repaired colon and to avoid secondary operation. Mothods 24 patients,who were hospitalized for 12 hours after trauma,received primary operation. The repaired colon was sequentially satured on the abdominal peritoneum wall and drainaged through twifold rubber tube. Results Only 2 patients suffered from leadage in the repaired colon,and others were totally cured without a secondary operation. Conclusion Pirmary operation is workable for the treatment of colon injury if early diagnosis is performed.
