摘要
目的评价我院骨科围手术期抗菌药物应用的合理性。方法以《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》为指南,参考《抗菌药物防治外科感染指导意见》,对我院2009年1月-2010年10月994例骨科手术患者围手术期抗菌药物使用情况进行回顾性调查和分析。结果骨科手术患者围手术期抗菌药物使用率为100%,所应用的主要药物集中在阿洛西林、克林霉素、头孢呋辛、阿莫西林克拉维酸、哌拉西林舒巴坦等几个品种,存在术后用药时间过长,选药价格较高等问题。结论我院骨科手术患者围手术期抗菌药物使用存在一定不合理现象,应加强质控管理,规范用药行为,提高医疗质量。
Objective To evaluate the perioperative utilization of antibiotics in orthopedic department of our hospital.Methods The utilization of antibiotics in 994 orthopedic patients from janury uf 2009 to October of 2010 was reviewed in accordance with the guiding principle of the clinical application of Antibacterials and guiding idea of prevention ang treatment surgical infection of antibacterials.Results The rate of perioperatine use of antibiotics was 100%,with Azlocillin,Clindamycin,Cefuroxime Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium,Piperacillin and Sulbatam showing the highest Proportions.The irrational drug use manifested as improper medication time,postoperative prolonged medication and high starting point in selecting drugs etc.Conclusion The utilization of antibiotics in orthopedic patients is somewhat irrational,which thus needs to be standardized to improve the holistic treatment level.
