内源性眼内炎的临床特征及玻璃体切割手术治疗分析 被引量：7

摘要 内源性眼内炎早期诊断困难，预后较差。随着玻璃体切割手术技术的日趋完善，采用玻璃体切割手术治疗内源性眼内炎可明显改善患者预后。但如何把握其临床特征，早期诊断、正确治疗仍是目前临床工作的难点。为此，我们回顾分析了一组内源性眼内炎患者的临床资料，观察分析其临床特征及玻璃体切割联合硅油填充手术的治疗效果，现将结果报道如下。
