摘要
目的:探讨保存自体颅骨修复颅骨缺损的临床价值。方法:对43例去骨瓣减压术后病人的骨瓣以95%无水酒精浸泡保存,3月后行颅骨修补术。结果:43例45个颅骨缺损经修补后骨瓣固定牢固,外形美观,无感染、出血和皮瓣坏死等并发症发生,未发现有颅骨瓣吸收及排异现象。结论:我们认为保存自体颅骨修复颅骨缺损外观形态满意,符合解剖复位,患者易接受,费用低,极大地减小了手术风险和手术并发症的发生率。
Objective：Discuss autologous eranioplasty repair skull defect clinical value. Methods ：43 cases patients with skull defects were used autologous cranioplasty to treatment. The flaps were storged with 95% alcohol after deeompressive cranieetomy. Autologous cranioplasty was done after 3 mouths. Results ：43 cases patient s were successful surgical repair in this group, incision healing, bone flap fixation, appearance pleasing, no infections, bleeding and complications such as flap necrosis occurred, noffound absorption of the skull flap and and the rejection phenomenon. Conclusion：Use autologous cranioplasty to repair skull defect simple,low -cost, can reduce patients economic and psychological burden.
