摘要
研究了烟酸诺氟沙星和乳酸诺氟沙星在不同介质中的荧光特性。采用荧光分光光度法测定了烟酸诺氟沙星和乳酸诺氟沙星的含量。烟酸诺氟沙星和乳酸诺氟沙星分别在0.025—2.5μg/mL和0.01—2μg/mL范围内,其荧光强度与浓度线性关系良好。
The fluorescence characteristics of norfloxacin nicotinate and norfloxacin lactate in the different mediums were studied.The contents of norfloxacin nicotinate and norfloxacin lactate were determined by spectrofluorometry.The relationships of fluorescence intensity and concentration were good linear in 0.025—2.5μg/mL for norfloxacin nicotinate and in 0.01—2μg/mL for norfloxacin lactate,respectively.
