国家级高新技术开发区实施产业集群发展战略研究——以山东省济宁市为例 被引量：6

摘要 高新技术产业集群作为一种极具特色和效率的产业组织形式,已经成为经济发展的重要推动力量。实施产业集群壮大战略,培育区域经济增长极,是资源型城市转型发展的重要途径。对济宁市国家级高新区光电信息、工程机械、汽车及零部件、生物技术、纺织服装新材料等五大主导产业集群发展进行研究分析,从科学发展、转型发展的角度阐述高新技术产业集群发展中存在的问题,并就如何推进高新技术产业集群化发展提出对策建议。
