摘要
介绍了国电荥阳电厂煤电一体化有限公司锅炉W型超临界火焰锅炉启动系统的组成,分析了启动系统自动控制特点。结合启动系统运行模式和控制策略,确立了炉水循环、锅炉点火、锅炉升压、转直流运行的过程。
The composition of the start-up system of the W-flame supercritical boiler in coal-electricity integrated Corporation Limited of Guodian Xingyang Power Plant was introduced.The automatic control features of the start-up system were analyzed.Combining with the start-up system operation mode and the control strategy,the procedures of boiler water circulating,boiler ignition,boiler pressure raising and turning into once-through operation mode were determined.
