摘要
本文根据偏转系统实际电位分布,考虑到轴向电场的影响,从电子运动方程出发,导出比传统解析公式精度更高的斜偏转板系统和喇叭形偏转板系统的偏转灵敏度解析公式。最后,对这些公式进行了讨论。
On the basis of electric potential aistribution in deflection system and taking account of axial electric field in deflection system deflection sensitive analytic formulae are derived from electron motion equation for inclination deflection plate and trumpet-type defletion system.The anal- ytic formulae are more accurate than conventional formulae. Finally the formulae are discussed.
