摘要
目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声经阴道观察药物流产不全保守治疗的临床疗效及高危病例转归与血流动学参数的相关性。方法：回顾性分析我院经彩色多普勒超声预洲指标阳性的高危病例126例患者临床资料，将其随机分为米非司酮组，生化汤组夏联合组．各42例。在给予药物来索前列醇流产后，时照组给予米非司酮治疗，生化汤组给予中药生化汤治疗，联合组给予来非司酮和中药生化汤．观察比较三组临的床疗效情况。第15d仍有不规则阴道出血者全部行清官手术和病理检查，并与超声检查结果作对照．结果；联合组的临床疗效明显优于米非司酮组和生化汤组（P〈0．01），而米非司酮组和生化汤组之间的临床疗效无显著性差异（P〉0．05），患者的RI值与治愈情况成反比。结论：动态监测孕囊着床部位的血流动力学参数可预测药物流产的治疗效果．
