糖尿病患者药物洗脱支架植入术后冠脉再狭窄的因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析影响糖尿病患者支架植入术后冠脉内再狭窄的因素。方法回顾性分析75例植入雷帕霉素洗脱支架的糖尿病患者,根据术后6个月造影结果,分析冠脉内再狭窄的预测因素。结果 1 9例患者(2 5.3%)出现冠脉内再狭窄,5 6例患者(74.7%)未出现冠脉内再狭窄。多因素回归分析显示,可以预测糖尿病患者冠脉内再狭窄的因素有:当前吸烟(OR=1.931,95%CI=1.01-4.85,P=0.031),C反应蛋白浓度(OR=1.05,95%CI=1.02-1.08,P=0.041),支架长度(OR=1.07,95%CI=1.03-1.21,P=0.040),术前参考血管直径(OR=0.55,95%CI=0.13-0.95,P=0.041),术后最小管腔直径(OR=0.445,95%CI=0.059-0.81,P=0.037)。结论较小基础管腔直径、术后较小管腔直径、较长支架长度、当前吸烟及高C反应蛋白浓度是糖尿病患者植入药物洗脱支架后再狭窄的重要预测因素。
