溶剂法制备羧甲基菊粉的工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过单因素和正交实验确定了溶剂法制备羧甲基菊粉的工艺条件,采用灰化法测定羧甲基菊粉的取代度。结果表明,溶剂法制备羧甲基菊粉的最佳工艺为:菊粉、氢氧化钠、一氯乙酸投料比为1:2.5:1.25(m/m/V),醚化温度50℃,醚化时间3 h,碱化温度35℃,碱化时间0.5 h,反应溶剂95%乙醇溶液40 mL。在此工艺条件下,所得羧甲基菊粉的取代度为0.79。 The paper presents a method for producing carboxymethylinulin(CMI) in ethanol.The preparation conditions of carboxymethylinulin were determined by single factor tests and orthogonal experiments.The best CMI with a DS of 0.79 was produced via etheriifcation of a mixture of inulin,sodium hydroxide,chloroacetic acid(mole ratio=1:2.5:1.5) in 0.95%(V/V) ethanol(40 mL) at 50℃ for 3 h,and alkalization at 35 ℃ for 0.5 h.
