摘要
目的研究由灰兜巴,冬虫夏草和南瓜组成的复方制剂(复方HCP)预防和治疗糖尿病的作用。方法用四氧嘧啶(150 mg/kg)诱导小鼠建立糖尿病模型,连续给药28 d,测定给药前后小鼠血糖值、超氧化物歧化酶活性、丙二醛和血尿素氮含量,探讨复方HCP预防糖尿病的作用及其降血糖作用的机制。结果复方HCP能有效降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖值,降低预防组小鼠的糖尿病模型的成模率,显著提高小鼠体内超氧化物歧化酶活性,降低丙二醛和血尿素氮含量。结论复方HCP可有效地预防和治疗糖尿病。
Objective To Study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Compound Preparation of Huidouba containing Cordyceps sinensis and pumpkin(Compounds HCP) on diabetes in mice.Methods The diabetes model in mice was induced by alloxan(150mg/kg body weight).The mice were successively treated with Compounds HCP for 28d.The blood glucose level,SOD activity,and the contents of MDA and BUN in mice were measured before and after administration to study the preventive effect and mechanism on diabetes of Compounds HCP.Results Compounds HCP could significantly decrease the blood glucose level of alloxan-induced diabetic mice(P0.01) and reduce the diabetes incidence in the prevention group.The SOD activity was increased remarkably,while the contents of MDA and BUN were decreased significantly.Conclusion Compounds HCP presents good preventive and therapeutic effects on diabetes.
