摘要
目的观察丹参红花提取物对D-半乳糖(D-ga1)致小鼠衰老模型学习记忆的调节作用。方法小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、丹参红花提取物低剂量(10 mg/kg.d)、中剂量(10 mg/kg.d)组、高剂量(10 mg/kg.d)组,8周后采用Y型迷宫、跳台实验检测小鼠学习记忆能力,及体内丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果与正常对照组比较,模型对照组小鼠跳台错误次数和迷宫错误次数明显增多;体内MDA含量升高,SOD活性下降;丹参红花提取物各组小鼠跳台错误次数减少,迷宫测试潜伏期缩短,体内MDA含量下降,SOD活性升高,并呈现剂量依赖性。结论丹参红花提取物能改善衰老小鼠学习记忆能力,其机制可能与抗氧化作用有关。
Objective To study the effect of danshen root and carthumus tinctorius extract on the ability of learn and memeory of D-galactose-induced aged mouse.Method The mice were divided into control group,D-galactose model group,danshen root and carthumus tinctorius extract group randomly,then carry out the step-down test and the water maze test and the detection of the level of MDA and SOD were so as to detect the modulation efficacy.Results The error times in step-down test and the water maze test of the mice in D-galactose model group were more than control group,while the error times of step down and maze test of mice in danshen root and carthumus tinctorius extract group were less than that of in model group and the level of MDA was lower than that of model group,and the level of SOD was higher than model.Conclusion Danshen root and carthumus tinctorius extract could improve the ability of learn and memory of the mice,and the mechanisem may be correlated with the antioxidation of danshen root and carthumus tinctorius extract.
