摘要
国家骨干高职院校建设是国家继续推进示范院校建设,构建以国家示范院校为引领、国家骨干院校为带动、省级示范院校为支撑的现代高等职业教育体系的重要举措。哈尔滨职业技术学院在骨干院校建设上积极探索和实践,具体包括做好骨干校顶层设计,优化专业结构布局,推进校企深度合作,改革人才培养模式,重构课程体系以及建设专兼结合的双师团队等。
The construction of national backbone higher vocational schools is an important measure for boosting demonstrative school construction and building higher vocational education system guided by national demonstrative schools,driven by national backbone schools and supported by provincial demonstrative schools.Ha＇erbin Vocational and Technical Colleges has actively explored and practiced the backbone school construction,and the material measures include： make good design,optimize distribution of specialty structure;boost deep degree of school and enterprise cooperation,reform talent cultivation model,etc.
