摘要
采用欧拉-拉格朗日方法对燃气-蒸汽发射动力装置内超音速燃气中的喷雾蒸发的气液两相流进行了准一维数值模拟研究,该方法考虑了面积变化、质量添加、蒸发效应、变物性等各种影响因素。针对不同的喷水孔径、喷水压差以及水气质量比进行了数值模拟计算,分析了各种条件下的液滴蒸发情况以及对气相流场的影响,为燃气-蒸汽发射动力装置的设计优化提供了一种快速有效的方法。
By using the Euler-Lagrange method,the authors conducted a quasi-one-dimensional numerical simulation study of the gas-liquid two-phase flow in the supersonic fuel gas during its spray evaporation inside a fuel gas-steam launching power plant.The method in question considered various influencing factors,including area change,mass addition,evaporation effect and variable physical properties etc.A numerical simulation calculation was performed at different water spray hole diameters,pressure differences and water-gas mass ratios.Furthermore,the liquid drop evaporation under various conditions and its influence on the gas phase flow field were analyzed,thus providing a quick and effective method for optimizing and designing a fuel-gas-steam launching power plant.
