摘要
改进了琼脂糖的提取,纯化方法,提出用价廉易得乙醇使琼脂糖胶液脱水的方法。产品质量好,产率高,工艺简单。使用^(13)C-NMR 实验技术测定琼脂糖的组成和结构,为检测硫酸基,甲氧基是否存在及阐明多糖分子内,分子间的连接方式提供了一种快速,简便的方法。
The preparation ard purification of agarose have been improved. Using ethyl alcohol as dehydrohzing agent the method is simple.convenient and economical. The products have been examined by routine analysis and 13C-NMR.13C-NMR has also been used as a rapid and simple procedure to detect the type of sugars and structures in the principal repeat units of agarose molecules.
