摘要
目的观察复方樟柳碱治疗缺血性视神经病的效果。方法用北京紫竹药业公司生产的复方樟柳碱注射液2 ml患侧颞浅动脉旁皮下注射或球后注射,1次/d,10 d为一个疗程。最少1个疗程,最多4个疗程,平均1.8个疗程,以治疗结束的结果统计疗效。结果本组45例,显效20例,有效7例,改善2例,无效1例,总有效率为95.56%。结论复方樟柳碱是一种治疗缺血性视神经病安全、有效的药物。
Objective To observe the curative effect of compound anisodine for ischemic ophthalmopathy. Methods The patients were treated with compound anisodine which produced from Beijing Zizhu Drug Company were injected subcutaneconsly around superficial temporal artery or ret robulbar everyday. All cases were followed up for 1 - 4 course of treatment, with a average of 1.8 course of treatment. Results Within 45 cases,20 eyes special effect,7 eyes valid, Symptoms improved in 2 cases, 1 eyes invalid, effectiveness rate reached 95.56%. Conclusion Compound anisodine injection was safe and effective for the treatment of ischemic ophthalmopathy.
