摘要
通过阐述新疆牦牛资源的发展历史、现状及存在的问题,分析发展牦牛业的产品优势和资源优势,明确了以市场为导向、以肉为主导产品,实行科学养畜、产业化养畜,发展现代牦牛业的总体发展战略,并围绕总体思路,建设性地提出了具体的发展措施。结论:合理利用资源,尤其是科学利用牦牛与家牛的杂交理论成果,可大幅提高新疆牛肉产量。
This article aimed at clarifying the general ideas and measures of development and utilization of yak resource in Xinjiang.By describing the developmental history,current situation and existed problems of yak resources in Xinjiang,the product and resource advantages of developing yak industry were analyzed.The overall development strategy of market-oriented,meat products as the leading,implementation of science and livestock,livestock industry to develop modern yak industry was determined and constructively put forward the specific development measures around the general idea.Conclusion: The rational use of resources,especially the scientific use of yak and cattle hybrid theories,could significantly increase beef production in Xinjiang.
