摘要
针对非均质性强的砂岩油藏,可利用深部调剖技术改善水驱开发效果。埕岛油田埕北1井区非均质性严重,随着油田的不断注水开发,平面、层间矛盾突出,注入水沿高渗透层窜入油井,导致波及系数不高,影响了水驱开发效果。针对该区地质特征和海上油田防砂器材影响等实际情况,通过室内评价试验,对2种水型下的新1#和1#聚合物深部调剖体系进行研究并对其适应性进行了评价。结果表明,新1#聚合物深部调剖体系具有更好的粘弹性、剪切恢复性、热稳定性、缓交联性和与表面活性剂配伍性,达到了进行现场先导试验的技术条件,可为改善海上常规稠油砂岩油藏开发效果、提高原油采收率提供技术储备。
In view of the sandstone reservoirs with strong heterogeneity,the indepth profile control technology was used to improve the effect of water flooding.The heterogeneity of Wellblock Chengbei 1 of Chengdao Oilfield was serious,with the ongoing waterflooding in the oilfield,areal and intralayer contradiction was serious and injected water was channeled into the wells along the high permeability layers,and low sweep efficiency was induced,by which the water flooding effect was affected.In allusion to the geologic characteristics and impact of offshore sand control equipment etc.,the adaptability of 1# new polymer and its indepth profile control system under the two water types was studied and evaluated through laboratory experiments.The results show that the 1# new polymer system has a better viscoelasticity,shear recovery,thermal stability delay of crosslinking and good compatibility with surfactant which achieves the technical conditions for pilot test and can improve the effect of conventional offshore heavy oil and sand reservoir development,provides technical support for enhanced oil recovery.
