摘要
合成了维生素B12 模拟物高氯酸二氯合5 ,7 ,7 ,12 ,14 ,14六甲基1,4 ,8,11四氮杂环十四4 ,11二烯钴( Ⅲ) ,采用循环伏安法研究了与咪唑类化合物的轴向配位反应电化学性质变化,实验结果表明,咪唑类轴向配体可使维生素B12 模拟物中心离子Co( Ⅲ)/Co( Ⅱ) 电对半波电位负移,其半波电位负移值的大小与轴向配体的空间位阻有关.首次提出,咪唑类药物可能通过轴向配位反应,改变维生素B12 的电化学生物功能。
The dichloro(5,7,7,12,14,14 hexamethyl 1,4,8,11 tetraazacyclotetradeca 4,11 diene_cobalt(Ⅲ)perchlorate[Co(C\- 16 H\-\{32\}N\-4)Cl\-2]ClO\-4 was prepared for imitating vitamin B\-\{12\}.Electrochemical properties of the axial coordination reaction of three imidazole compounds with[Co(C 16 H 32 N 4)Cl 2]ClO 4 were reported.It was confirmed that the cobalt centre could be coordinated with imidazole compounds;this result made a negative shift of the half wave potential of the Co(Ⅲ)/Co(Ⅱ) reaction.The numerical value of the negative shift of half wave potential was concerned in spatial hindrance of axial ligands.It was first put forward here that imidazole drugs may change electrochemical properties of vitamin B 12 so as to make people catch diseases of the blood and liver.
