摘要
采用电导率法研究了羧甲基纤维素水溶液假塑性流体在双螺带搅拌釜内的停留时间分布(RTD)情况,考察了物料黏度、流量、搅拌转速和转向对停留时间分布的影响。发现假塑性流体在釜内的停留时间分布类似于全混釜,但有一定的拖尾现象。物料黏度对平均停留时间和当量全混釜数影响不大;随着流量增大,平均停留时间减小,而当量全混釜数基本不变;随着转速的增大,平均停留时间和当量全混釜数略有增大,说明增大转速对混合反而不利。根据实验结果,提出了搅拌釜的流动模型。
The residence time distribution(RTD) of carboxyl methyl cellulose aqueous solution with pseudoplastic characteristics in double helical ribbon impeller stirred tank was determined by the conductivity method,and the influences of fluid viscosity,feed flow rate,agitating rate and direction on RTD were investigated.It shows that RTD of the pseudoplastic fluid in the stirred tank is similar to that in the continuous stirred tank.The fluid viscosity has no significant effect on the mean residence time(MRD) and the number of completely stirred tank reactors.The MRD is decreased and the number of completely stirred tank reactors changes no more as the feed rate is increased.Both MRD and the number of completely stirred tank reactors are slightly increased as the agitation rate is increased,which illustrates that the increase of agitation rate is unfavorable to the stirring.The flow model of stirred tank was proposed based on the experimental results.
