摘要
高学历人才失业已成为困扰中国社会的严重问题,学术界对此在理论与实践层面都进行了积极探索与尝试,但没有从系统科学角度思考问题。本文提出了基于组织力学系统理论的高学历失业群体经济自治社区这一解决高学历失业群体就业问题的全新模式,构建了高学历失业群体经济自治社区力学系统框架,阐述了力学系统框架运行机理以及系统内各个作用力节点的功能,刻画了高学历失业群体经济自治社区成长轨迹,阐明了轨迹各阶段社区力场对外部环境的辐射作用。
Unemployment of high-educated people has become a serious problem pe rplexing China＇s society,and academic circle has theoretically and practically made positive exploration and tries to deal with the problem,but it has not ta ken the problem into consideration with the point of view of system science.Bas ed on the perspective of the Organization Mechanics System Theory（OMST）,the pape r has created a brand new model of Economically Autonomous Community of High-ed ucated People Unemployed（EACHPU） to solve the problem,built the framework of me chanic system of EACHPU,expounded the operation principles and the function of each node point,depicted the growth track of EACHPU,and elaborated the radiati on effects of track at different stages on external environment.
