摘要
以常见的斑点噪声为研究对象提出一种简单、快速的图像斑点噪声参数盲估计方法。该方法通过在仿真图像中加入不同强度的斑点噪声,分析含噪图像均匀区域内直方图分布特点,构造反映图像斑噪强度的噪声特征值,建立噪声强度与噪声特征值之间映射函数。实验结果显示,该函数不需要任何先验知识即可快速、有效地估计图像中的斑噪强度,可用于估计图像获取或传输时的噪声环境、分析斑点噪声强度与图像质量优劣的关系、指导及修改现有抑噪算法设计。
Focusing on a kind of familiar noise,i.e.speckle noise,this paper presents a simple and efficient method on blind parameter estimation of speckle noise in an image.In the method,after various intensity speckle noise are added into a simulation image respectively,the regularities of histogram distribution in unitary grey area are analyzed.On the basis of the regularities of distribution,noise characteristic value standing for noise intensity is constructed.A function map between noise parameters and noise characteristic values are deduced out.Experimental results indicate that the function map can estimate the noise intensity in noise-polluted images rapidly and efficiently without any prior knowledge.Potential applications includes noise circumstance assessment in cases of image acquisition or transmission,analysis on relationship between noise intensity and image quality,assistance on the improvement of current noise suppression algorithms,etc
