Derivation of the Quantitative Relationship Between Fluorimetric and Electrochemical Parameters

摘要 根据电化学扩散理论和荧光分析的基本原理,导出在控制一定电位下,电化学参数与荧光参数的定量公式,说明了电化学法同荧光法相结合,可建立一种新的分析方法—电化学荧光分析法。 The quantitative relationship between fluorimetric and electrochemical parameters was derived based upon electrochemical diffusion theory and the principle of fiuorimetry under the condition that the products of electrochemical reaction and the inital material in solution is not quenched each other, the anodic oxidation was obtained:and for cathodic reduction:where, F is fluorescence intensity, K is a constant, Q is quantum yield, I is intens ity of excition light, ε is molar absorption coefficient, I is the length of fight path, h is the height of light beam, D is diffusion coefficient, t is electreiytic time, C is bulk Concentration.
