摘要
本文以质点的振动理论为基础,从理论上分析了塑料薄膜分束器置于大气中,受到声波冲击后的受迫振动情况。提出了几种防止薄膜分束器发生振动和提高其声学稳定性的途径。
Based on the theory of particle vibration, this paper describes a theoretical analysis on the situation of forced vibration of the plastic thin film beam splitters which are put in the air and impacted by acoustic waves. Several methods,which are put forward to prevent the beamsplitters from vibration and improve its acoustic stability, are provided in this paper. The feasibilities of the methods are analysed and discussed.
