摘要
人体胚胎试验研究以及生命科学的进步给人们带来欣喜的同时,也引发了一系列伦理问题。首先介绍了人体胚胎试验的概念及其潜在价值,进而分析了人体胚胎试验前、试验中以及试验可能后果面临的伦理问题与争议,最后提出了一系列关于人体胚胎试验的伦理规范与道德法律建议。
The development of human embryo experiments and life science bring many benefits to us, but they also cause many ethical questions. This article introduces the concept of human embryo experiment and its great value, and then analyzes and discusses the main ethical problems before the experiments, during the experiments, and the after--experiment consequences. Finally, it also puts forward a series of ethical norms, moral and legal advice on the experiments on human embryos.
