摘要
运用资金的时间价值原理,采用现金流量分析及财务评价方法,在一定水平的节能技术前提下,以建筑生命周期(施工期2a,运营期48a)为评价期,建立装配式建筑经济评价体系模型,从经济角度论述装配式节能建筑实施的可行性,为推广建筑产业化发展提供基础数据。
The fabricated buildings of low energy consumption are just at the start line in our country that there is no systemic and scientific economic estimation system. With the theory of time value of money, the estimation ways of cash flow analysis and financial evaluation, the condition of some low energy consump- tion technology and the estimation period of construction life cycle (2 years of construction period and 48 years of operation period) ,the essay will try to build an economic estimation system model of fabricated buildings of low energy consumption, make a demonstration of the feasibility of them at the angle of economy and provide a basis to popularize the industrial construction development.
