摘要
以城市空间结构理论为基础,阐述了区位和房地产区位的内涵,从定性分析的角度,建立了影响房地产区位价值的影响因素评价体系,确定了具体的影响因子,并分析了交通通达度、商服繁华度、配套设施完善度以及城市环境与风景优劣度四个对房地产价值发挥产生主要影响的区位因素。
This article is based upon the urban spatial structure theory. Then the article expounds the connotation of real estate location. From the perspective of qualitative analysis, the questionnaire method is used to establish influence factors system of the real estate location value and make sure the specific factors. Lastly, the article discusses the transportation accessibility, commercial services prosperous degrees, facilities perfect degrees and the urban environment and landscape quality.
