摘要
目的:分析脑卒中患者医疗费用构成及其影响因素。方法:采用描述性分析方法对2010年新沂市人民医院脑卒中患者社会人口学特征及医疗费用构成部分进行分析,并用多元线性回归方法对影响医疗费用的因素进行多因素分析。结果:2010年脑卒中医疗费用中药费占的比例最大(76.5%),影响脑卒中医疗费用的因素有药费、入院时病情(危重、急诊)以及住院天数。结论:应合理调整药品价格,降低药品在医疗费用中的比重,提高医疗费用的报销比例。
Objective： To analyze the composition of medical charge in the patients with stroke and its influencing factors. Methods： The descriptive method was used to analyze the characters of social demography of the patients with stroke and the composition of medical expenses in Xinyi People＇s Hospital in 2010. Multiple linear regression method was applied to analyze the medical charge and the possible influencing factors of the patients with stroke. Results： The medical cost for the patients with stroke was up to 76.5% of the total for medicines in 2010. The major influencing factors involved in medical charge included drug prices, patient＇s status on admission, and durations of hospitalization. Conclusion： It is suggested that drug prices be adjusted, the proportion of medical cost be rationally reduced and the expense reimbursement ratio be increased.
