摘要
本文探讨了我国运筹学的危机及其产生原因,提出了解决这种危机的一种有效途径——将运筹学实践与轨件工程学紧密结合起来,针对运筹学的“问题描述”阶段,本文讨论了一些有关的软件工程技术,对运筹学的研究、应用和教学有一定参考价值。
This paper inquires into the OR's crisis in China as well as the cause of the crisis, and presents and effective approach to get rid of this crisis - integrating the OR practice with software engineering. We also dis cuss some software engineering techniques for the 'problem formulation' phase of the OR working procedure. The paper may be of value to the OR's study, application and education.
